Nāḍīs

"The subtle energetic pathways throughout the body through which Prāṇa flows, numbering over 72,000."

Understanding Nāḍīs

According to yogic anatomy, three principal Nadis govern the subtle energetic architecture: Ida (the left lunar channel governing relaxation, parasympathetic rest, and intuition), Pingala (the right solar channel governing vitality, action, and logic), and Sushumna (the central spiritual channel running through the spine, along which Kundalini ascends).

Spiritual Significance

In the Numinous path, Nāḍīs represents a key pillar for bridging the gap between physical reality and the subtle energies of consciousness.
